      Larissa Daly - Director, 123 Online

      Digital Transformation Specialist | AI & Automation Lead

      Larissa has spent over ten years helping New Zealand businesses cut through messy processes, adopt the right digital tools, and build systems that deliver results. She works daily with SMEs on digital transformation: identifying what's slowing them down, designing solutions, and upskilling teams to run those solutions themselves.

      Her background spans business analysis, project management, AI automation, systems integration, and technical documentation. She has designed and delivered training materials, run workshops, and presented at conferences for national franchise networks. She knows how to take technical capability and translate it into plain language that sticks.

      Larissa is currently completing Anthropic's certification programme (the training platform behind Claude, one of the world's leading AI systems). She holds the Claude 101 certification and is working through the full series, including AI Fluency, API skills, and advanced business applications.

      Lian designs and delivers training that shifts behaviour and builds lasting change. With over 14 years in the energy sector, she has trained more than 1,400 people across 14 locations nationwide, including the full Northpower network across all 14 Northland depots.

      Her facilitation background is cross-sector: she brings together groups from different industries and regions rather than working within a single organisation. That gives her real breadth across the business community, and a style that works for people at every level, from frontline teams to directors.

      Lian's AI work sits at the intersection of practice and research. She recently designed and facilitated Where Culture Meets AI, a live wānanga exploring AI and Indigenous cultural values, conducted as part of her Master's research at AcademyEX. She is one of Northland's leading voices on ethical, human-centred AI for small businesses and communities.
